Seminar «Human Rights and regional and local administration», was held inBarcelona, 5-6 July 2004, organised by the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe, Mr Alvaro GIL-ROBLES, and the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe in cooperation with the Town Hall of Barcelona and Forum Barcelona 2004. UDITE has been represented on it by the President, Mr. Juan Ignacio Soto Valle and by the Treasurer, Mr. Joan Anton Font Monclús.
